The management team of the FNABSSB is headed by Md Nazli Md Nawi, the Managing Director of the company. The other member of the management teams are:-

MOHD MUHSIN ISMAIL

GROUP FINANCIAL DIRECTOR

Mohd Muhsin joined FNA in January 2014 and was appointed as Group Financial Director. He plays strategic role of partnering the business in understanding the relative economic of different parts of the operations and integrating resources across business functions to deliver high performance across FNA. Concurrently, he is responsible for financial report, governance and compliance, corporate finance, procurement, administration and facilities.
 
Mohd Muhsin has more than 20 years of wide business experience in Malaysia and had served one of the biggest bank in Malaysia for 20 years. He is also holding the post of Marketing Director in I.P. Minda Sdn Bhd.
 
Mohd Muhsin holds a master in Business Administration from Business School of local University.


AZURA SHAMSUDIN

ADMIN & FINANCE MANAGER

Azura Shamsudin is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (‘MIA’) and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (Honours) from University Teknologi MARA, Shah Alam.

She started her career with Kasim Chan & Co, a reputable Public Accountant Company for two years and has had extensive exposure in auditing, corporate reconstruction and taxation. She assists the Managing Director in the coordination, review and preparation the Company’s financial report. Her responsibilities include planning, control of the day-to-day administration and account of the company’s. She also attached with Ai & Partners as an Audit Manager to perform her audit field.
 

 

MOHD ZAIDI HUSAIN SAUFI

BUSINESS DEVELOPEMENT MANAGER (KOTA BHARU BRANCH)

Starting his career as an Operation Officer with one of the largest Banking Group in Malaysia for more than 20 years experience. When he joined Global Multimedia & Communication as a Founder of Company, he involved himself in Information, Communication and Technology and providing services to meet local demand.

 Mohd Zaidi joined FNABSSB in June 2000 as Business Development Manager and stationed in Kota Bharu Branch. He is committed, proactive, understanding person and always striving for excellence. He worked on a number of interesting projects such as housing and industrial projects in the Eastern Region and manages to achieve a few million Ringgit worth of contracts.


MOHD ABD. RAOF MOKHTAR    

PROCUREMENT & CONTRACT MANAGER 

Starting his career as an Operation Officer with one of the largest Port Management Group in Malaysia for more than 10 years experience. When he joined Zetavest Sdn Bhd as a System Project Manager, he involved himself in port management and services for Klang Container Terminal.   Mohd Abd. Raof Mokhtar joined FNABSSB in January 2002 as Procurement & Contract Manager. 

Currently he is involved in evaluations a new project for the company with government and semi-government body.  His responsibilities includes to undertake feasibility studies, acquire project and evaluation, liaison with consultant / SO or local authority and promoting company’s business. He is committed, proactive, understanding person and always striving for excellence. He worked on a number of interesting projects such as port management and services contract and responsible to develop new business in the corporate and Government sector. 



The Technical & Procurement team of the FNABSSB is headed by Mohamed Fauzan Yusuf and the members of the Technical & Procurement teams are:-

MOHD NAJIB BIN YUSOF    

PROJECT MANAGER

Mohd Najib was appointed as Project Manager of FNABSSB on July 2013. He graduated in Civil Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 2006. Even he is new, in his previous experiences, he involved in project management of the company and actively involved in project implementation. Under his supervision, he managed to built and construct building works worth more than 10.0m and several project of a few million each. His positions as Project Manger fully responsible on all technical issues and implementation on site. His responsibility also includes project planning and execution. 

 

ISMAIL BIN MAMAT    

PROJECT MANAGER

Ismail was appointed as Project Manager of FNABSSB on April 2017. He graduated with an Advance Diploma of Civil Engineering with Honours from Mara Institute of Technology in 1998.

Even he is new, in his previous experiences, he involved in project management of the company and actively involved in project implementation. Under his supervision, he managed to built and construct building works worth more than 10.0m and several project of a few million each. His positions as Project Manger fully responsible on all technical issues and implementation on site within stipulated time and cost. His responsibility also includes project planning and execution and handing over project within schedule of time and fulfilled clients & statutory requirements.
 

MUHAMMAD HAFIZI BIN MOHD SHAFIAI           

QA/QC
 
Muhammad Hafizi was appointed as QA/QC of FNABSSB on April 2010. He graduated with a Bachelor of Construction Management with Honours from University of Technology Mara in 2006. He involved in overall Project Quality Plan of Company project involvement. He also responsible to define and control the project planning and supervision several project on site.
 

SUHIB RIZAL OTHMAN

SAFETY SUPERVISOR
 
Suhib Rizal was appointed as Safety Supervisor of FNABSSB on April 2012. He involved in overall safety issue and requirement of all Company projects involvement. He also responsible to define and control the safety & health and also environmental supervision project on site.

JARIHADI AB JALIL                                   

QUANTITY SURVEYOR / SCHEDULLER
 
A Quantity Surveyor graduate from University of Technology MARA UiTM, who had a few years experience working in the a large regional Quantity Surveyor and Cost Consultancy Company, Jurukur Bahan Majubina that involved in all aspects of the construction industry.  He was involved in the Project Quantity Surveyor for a few mega project, including operation and management of the procurement, contract and planning. He was responsible for undertaking feasibility studies, project evaluations and coordination of the set-up and implementation of new project for the company. He also responsible in preparation of Tender Document, Contract Document Interim Valuation, EI/VO’s and Final Account.


WAN ASROL ASWADI WAN OMAR    

SITE AGENT
  
Wan Asrol was appointed as Project Supervisor of FNABSSB on January 2001. He graduated with a Certificate of Engineering from Institut Kemahiran MARA (IKM) in 1996. He had a few years experience working in all aspects of the construction industry prior joins the Company.  He involved in site planning and project implementation. Under his supervision, he assist the site engineer to built and construct School Complex of RM8.8million, Mosque Complex RM12.25m. and other building works worth more than 10.0m and several project of a few million each. His positions as Project Supervisor fully responsible on all technical issues at site and execution of the project within stipulated time and cost.In 2010, he was appointed as a site agent until now and manage the progress of the site.
 


MUHAMMAD AZMI ZAINUN

M&E COORDINATOR

Muhammad Azmi was appointed as M&E Coordinator of FNABSSB on November 2010. He graduated with a Certificate of Engineering from Institut Kemahiran MARA (IKM) in 2008. He had a few years experience working in all aspects of the construction industry relating to mechanical & electrical prior joins the Company.


In addition to the above, FNABSSB is assisted by a team of employees of QA/Technical Supervisor, Site Supervisor, general labour and administrative staff.
