MD NAZLI MD NAWI
Managing Director
A business graduate, who holds Bachelor Degree with honors in Finance from UiTM, was appointed to the board on 9 February 2000. He is the Founder Director of FNABSSB. Upon graduation, he commences his career as Bank Officer and served on various departments with several reputable banks for six years duration. He left the banking career to join MBF Northern Securities Sdn Bhd as Corporate & Institutional Dealer. He has a great exposure and business relation dealing with stock market for 2 years.
His last appointment was with RYE – Mix Concrete Sdn Bhd as General Manager that involved in ready-mixed concrete supply and construction activities prior to him leaving and to join High Management Consultant as Senior Partner. His position as Financial Consultant who responsible and involved in providing consultancy services to the corporate clients on the various aspects, especially in reconstruction’s and rationalization of their activities to synergies their operations and to obtain continued growth and profitability. His experience with High Management Consultant has given him the confidant and courage to diversify himself to venture into business world.
En Md Nazli Md Nawi is specialised in corporate planning and involved in cash flow projection, cost estimation and project cost monitoring. He is responsible for the strategic financial planning and accounting function of FNABSSB including planning and internal control system of overall financial management of the companies. He also has an extensive knowledge of modern marketing approach and directly involved in company operations. He has contributed immensely to the building up of FNABSSB to its present status as one of the entrepreneur Bumiputera involving in civil structure construction, support activity in Oil & Gas industry and general trading business.
Through his foresight and dynamism, the companies have progressively being transformed from a modest set-up into a modern and aggressive company. Under his guidance, the performances of the company improved tremendously which is made possible the company to achieve target wealth for shareholders.
His primary responsibilities including overseeing the company’s management team in the formulation and implementation of strategic plans for the company continued business growth and profitability.
HAMSAH MOHIDEEN (PJK)
Executive Director
Hamsah Mohideen has more than 25 years working experience in sales and marketing the products. He started his career with Polyolefin Plastic Sdn Bhd, a PE pipes manufacture as operator. Due to his vast experience and commitments, he was promoted as Factory Manager and fully responsible day-to-day factory operation and distributions the product. His last position as Marketing Manager has developed superb marketing teams for company.
Under his supervision, he managed to secure a central contract to supply PE pipe to Government of Malaysia worth of RM50million. Prior to join FNABSSB, he was with Agathis (M) Sdn Bhd, a company supplying pipe & pipes fittings, oil & lubricant and engineering & chemical supply as Marketing Manager. He managed to secure a contract to supply oil & lubricant to government body worth of RM5.0million. In 1997, owing to his active involvement in the local commercial community has been selected by the local state to undertake PJK Award from Royal of Selangor.
He joined FNABSSB in June 2000 as Executive Director. Since than, he has been instrumental in developing the growth of the company through his vast experience and technical expertise in marketing strategies and product development / resources. Currently he is involved in strategic business planning with government and semi-government body. His responsibility includes undertaking the overall trading business operation, formulating and implementing various marketing plan and promoting company’s business.
MOHAMED FAUZAN YUSUF
Project & Technical Director
Mohamed Fauzan is a Building Engineer who has a B. Sc. (Hon) in Building Engineering from University Technology Malaysia. He has thirty years experience in design, supervision and contract administration of wide variety of civil, structural and geotechnical engineering projects ranging from million Ringgit Masjid, Surau, office, school, hospital complex and infrastructure works. His experience also in building services includes hospital, hotels high-rise office blocks, apartments and condominium.
Prior joining FNABSSB, he was with Makepro Construction Sdn Bhd a Class A construction company as Project Manager for a few years. He involved in supervises the business development and project management of the company and actively involved in project design, planning, cost control and implementation. Under his supervision, he managed to built and construct an iconic Masjid Sendayan of RM65million, an apartment worth RM19.0million, School Complex of RM7.5million, Infrastructure Works and Water Treatment Plant of RM6.3million, Sub-Structure Works – LPG Bulk Terminal of RM5.3million and several project of a few million each. His positions as Project & Technical Director fully responsible on all technical matter, planning and engineering design. His responsibility also includes including procurement & purchasing approval, cost estimation, installation, project supervision, commissioning and maintenance.
